In this study, topics such as liquid modernity, transhumanism, and rebellion against death are examined. The concept of liquid modernity describes the constantly changing and complex conditions of the contemporary world. In this period, individuals are perpetually reconstructing and transforming themselves. Transhumanism, on the other hand, is a movement that aims to transcend human biological limits and become a more advanced being. This movement advocates that with the aid of science and technology, humans have the potential to extend their lifespan, gain resistance to diseases, and even achieve immortality. Rebellion against death is one of the primary goals of transhumanism. It envisages the use of technology and science by humans to conquer death and indefinitely extend their lives. The methodology involves a comprehensive literature review. In this context, the ethical, philosophical, and social dimensions of technological advancements and social changes are discussed from a critical perspective. The aim of the study is to contribute to academic and public discourse, bringing to the fore important questions on how future social structures could be shaped. The study also addresses the sociological assessment and social effects of these topics. In conclusion, the study discusses topics such as liquid modernity, transhumanism, and rebellion against death.
